Manufacturing Engineer
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes of our innovative eVTOL prototypes. Your role will be crucial in transforming our designs into flying realities, ensuring their quality and functionality.
- Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Management, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in manufacturing, assembly, and testing of complex systems
- Knowledge of prototyping and additive manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools and production management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Digital Production Engineer
You will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and automating the processes governing the creation and publication of content and features on our website. The goal is to enhance the efficiency, quality, and scalability of our digital operations.
- 1. Proven experience in optimizing workflows and processes, preferably in digital contexts.
- 2. Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for task automation and system integration.
- 3. Familiarity with web platforms, CMS, and software development methodologies (e.g., CI/CD).
- 4. Ability to use data analysis to identify bottlenecks and measure process improvements.
- 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Events and Competitions Coordinator
Manage and coordinate all team representation and outreach activities, from event organization to the promotion of the eVTOL project. You will be responsible for logistics, communication, and engaging the public and stakeholders to enhance the team's visibility and networking.
- Ability to manage and monitor project timelines;
- Knowledge of risk management principles applied to event organization;
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Budget and Cost Control Specialist
Manages the planning and control of financial resources, defining the annual budget and monitoring expenses to ensure efficient use of funds. Ensures transparent reporting to support informed and sustainable financial decisions.
- Good proficiency in cost management tools (e.g., Excel or spreadsheets); Ability to collaborate and communicate with other technical areas of the team; Expense management and optimization.
Head of Social Media & Content Strategy
You will lead the Social Media department, defining and implementing the overall strategy and managing the team. You'll travel with us to create dynamic content and be responsible for developing your own personal section.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in team management and defining social media strategies.
- Willingness to travel frequently with the team for content creation.

Partnership & Sponsorship Specialist
The Sponsorship section is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with companies and partners that support the team. Its objective is to secure financial resources, materials, and expertise essential for the development of the eVTOL project. The group prepares collaboration proposals, manages communication with sponsors, and highlights their presence in the team's activities. Furthermore, it monitors partnerships over time to ensure a strong and lasting relationship, thereby directly contributing to the project's sustainability.
